- Do vendors need an account?
- No. They open a magic link, upload the ACORD 25, and they are done. The link expires in 14 days.
- Does the AI mark Additional Insured as passed?
- No. Limits, dates, and Additional Insured are extracted for you to confirm. Face checkboxes never auto-pass Additional Insured, waiver, or primary and noncontributory.
- What counts as a vendor?
